One of America’s top swimmers is making her long-awaited return to the Olympics this summer and Virginia sportsbooks customers might well take note. Regan Smith, a 22-year-old, takes to the pool for the 2024 Paris Games after taking home three medals (but no golds) in Tokyo three years ago.
